Workout What workout??


Well it has been 7 days since I have actually exercised. Well I have had a lot of physical activity, just no real set exercise. One big reason is I blew my back up. Yeah don't try lifting an out-drive on your boat standing on snow. Not GOOD! It really hasn't gotten any better in the last week but I am hopping it will soon "ouch" So needless to say I haven't been on the bike at all. Missing it .. Lu Lu is out of her mind she hasn't been out for over a week. I am very busy today but I am hopping to get that poor dog out tomorrow.
